[Remote] Customer Service / Call center Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Charter Global is recruiting for a member service role supporting enrollment transactions for new and existing clients and transfers between BCBS and non-BCBS plans. The role involves learning enrollment processes and guiding customers through problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• The Rep, Member Service I will provide support for the execution of enrollment transactions in accordance with contractual and medical underwriting guidelines for new clients, existing clients, and transfers to and from other BCBS and Non BCBS Plans
• Learns the details of offering and administering various enrollment transactions and how to guide various customers regarding problem resolution

Skills

• 1-2 years of customer service, claims experience, Inbound Call Center Experience
• 2-5 Years inbound call center experience
• Possess a passion for Customer Service
• Display exceptional oral and written communication skills
