[Remote] Customer Service Representative - Remote

Trenkle Agency is hiring a Customer Service Representative to contact interested prospects, build relationships, and move opportunities through the sales process. The role includes scheduling appointments and, after obtaining required licensing, conducting life insurance consultations and helping clients complete applications.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with interested prospects
• Build rapport and identify client needs
• Schedule phone and virtual appointments
• Develop the skills to present options and complete sales
• Maintain clear records of outreach and next steps
• Participate in regular training and coaching
