[Remote] Customer Support

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AFC Industries is hiring a Customer Support Team Member to support the Account Management team and ensure customer requests, order activity, and administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The role reviews contracts, enters and maintains orders, monitors the order board, and communicates potential issues to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Contract Review
• Order Entry & order board
• Communicate potential issues to the Account Manager or Leads
• Assist Account Managers
• Primary Measures + Order accuracy + Order Volume + Administrative accuracy
• Follow applicable policies, procedures, and work
• Support department and continual improvement
• Execute all other duties as

Skills

• CRM, order management, and other business systems
• Microsoft Office Products
• ERP Systems
• Associate degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Distribution, or a related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order entry, sales support, administrative support, inside sales, or a related role preferred
• Experience processing customer orders or working with an ERP, order management, or business system preferred
• Experience reviewing documents, purchase orders, contracts, or customer requirements
• Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Experience supporting customers or internal sales/account management teams
