Responsibilities

• Maintain organized notes while handling several active requests
• Meet agreed service and quality standards without sacrificing accuracy
• Listen to customer questions and clarify the information needed to assist
• Record customer interactions and follow-up actions in the support system
• Keep customers informed about next steps and reasonable response expectations
• Identify recurring questions and share suggestions for clearer help resources
• Follow up on unresolved matters and update case status accurately

Skills

• Clear written and spoken English communication skills
• Comfort learning standard support systems and knowledge bases
• Ability to document issues accurately and concisely
• Respect for personal data and privacy processes
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
