Responsibilities
- Organize open cases by urgency within established support procedures
- Protect personal and account information throughout each conversation
- Log customer concerns and update support tickets with accurate notes
- Follow up with customers on cases awaiting additional information
- Coordinate with colleagues to clarify product or account details
- Flag repeated problems that may require improvements to help material
- Confirm relevant account or order details before discussing sensitive information
Skills
- Accurate note taking and organization of open requests
- Ability to investigate routine issues systematically
- Willingness to learn product information and support procedures
- Clear written communication and courteous customer interaction
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Previous customer-facing work is helpful but not required
