Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at brighthush, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our marketing and sales data. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

• Upload and update landing page and website lead information into our centralized marketing sheet.
• Conduct comprehensive web research to locate and verify contact details for leads and potential clients.
• Perform regular data refreshes to ensure all lead records contain current contact information.
• Generate and submit daily and weekly data reports to our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review raw ServiceConnect responses and website messages on demand, categorizing them for follow‑up.
• Assist in the initial triage of ServiceConnect responses, tagging and routing them to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of data entry procedures and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

Experience – Minimum of 1–2 years in a data entry, administrative, or customer support role. Accuracy – Demonstrated ability to maintain high data integrity with minimal errors. Technology Proficiency – Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), CRM systems, and basic web browsers. Communication – Strong written communication skills in English; ability to articulate findings clearly.
