Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. thyssenkrupp Materials NA is hiring a Director of Fabrication Sales to lead sales, marketing, and business development operations and drive growth and profitability. The role oversees sales strategy, pricing, customer relationships, and development of the sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all sales, marketing, and business development operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and distribution strategy
- Drive the Company’s achievement of its growth and profitability goals
- Oversee the development of the sales organization for assigned product line or region
- Drive the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
- Hire, train, manage, and develop the sales force and supporting administrative staff
- Benchmark pricing data and develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
- Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales management
- This is a position that works directly on or around motor vehicle equipment

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area of study
- At least seven years sales and marketing experience in the industry
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment
- Established contacts and relationships within comparable industries
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
