[Remote] Electrophysiology Lab SME Clinical Content Writer/Reviewer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Interim HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse subject matter expert to develop and review clinical competency assessment materials for Electrophysiology Lab nurses. The role focuses on creating assessment and self-assessment content and ensuring it reflects evidence-based practice, specialty standards, and real-world clinical expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop competency-based assessment questions that accurately evaluate the knowledge and clinical judgment required for the RN – Electrophysiology Lab role
• Create a concise self-assessment outlining the key skills, tasks, responsibilities, and competencies associated with Electrophysiology nursing practice
• Ensure all content aligns with current evidence-based practice, specialty standards, and real-world clinical expectations
• Work closely with our healthcare content development team to create accurate, engaging, and clinically relevant assessment materials

Skills

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Electrophysiology Lab, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, or Critical Care nursing experience within the last 5 years
• Demonstrated competency in: + Cardiac rhythm interpretation + Procedural patient care and support + Sedation monitoring and management + Hemodynamic monitoring + Emergency response and resuscitation + Cardiovascular procedures and interventions
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet project deliverables
• BSN
• Experience in one or more of the following environments:
