[Remote] ERP Dev Support Analyst (remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bizowie is hiring a full-time Software Analyst to support and expand operations for its Bizowie Cloud ERP platform. The role focuses on analyzing customer issues and requirements, defining and testing product features, and creating customer-facing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Bizowie Cloud ERP product and customers' diverse business needs and requirements
• Demonstrate product knowledge by completing complex project work
• Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests
• Stay current on new system releases and functionality
• Create product specifications that serve as a blueprint for the development team to build out new features or functionality
• Design, document and execute test plans and procedures to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested before deployment
• Demonstrate ability to document customer facing materials for new features and functionality

Skills

• 2+ years experience in an analytical role
• Self-starter with the ability and willingness to learn complex products and business processes
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• Excellent time management and project planning skills
• Highly technically adept, experienced with web applications
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Forward thinker who consistently works to streamline and better orchestrate process
• Accounting concepts, manufacturing/distribution a plus
