Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ulike is a global beauty-tech company focused on making professional-grade beauty solutions more accessible at home. The Event & Experiential Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of retail events, pop-ups, product launches, influencer events, brand activations, and other consumer experiences, including logistics, partner coordination, on-site execution, and event-related content and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of retail events, pop-ups, product launches, influencer events, trade shows, and brand activations
- Coordinate event logistics including venues, vendors, product samples, gifting, signage, displays, catering, and event materials
- Support events and activations with Ulike’s retail and business partners
- Communicate with vendors, agencies, influencers, creators, and other external partners
- Assist with invitations, guest lists, RSVP tracking, event schedules, and on-site coordination
- Comfortable supporting in-person events, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Willing to travel for selected events when needed
Skills
- This is a remote-based internship, but not a fully virtual role. Candidates should be comfortable supporting in-person events, occasional evening or weekend activations, and travel when needed

- • Previous experience in event marketing, PR, beauty, fashion, retail, hospitality, or influencer marketing
- • Experience organizing events, pop-ups, conferences, campus events, or brand activations
- • Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
- • Strong visual sense and attention to brand presentation
- • Photography, video, or content creation experience is a plus
