[Remote] Experience Analyst I Qualtrics

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Community Health Network is seeking an Experience Analyst I to enhance patient, consumer, and employee experiences. The role uses the Qualtrics Experience Management platform and analytics to deliver insights, and partners with leaders and stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize experience management solutions that drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will leverage the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) platform, analytics, and industry best practices to deliver meaningful insights and drive positive business outcomes across the organization
• The Experience Analyst partners with leaders and stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize experience management solutions, including surveys, dashboards, reporting, and workflows
• This dynamic role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strategic collaboration to transform experience data into actionable improvements

Skills

• Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
• One (1) or more years supporting Customer Experience (CX) and/or Employee Experience (EX) programs required
• Two (2) or more years of experience with Qualtrics or a similar Experience Management platform required
• Qualtrics Level 2 (L2) Certification in Customer Experience and/or Employee Experience required
• Qualtrics Platform Essentials (L1) certification required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong relationship building and customer service skills
• XM Fundamentals Certification preferred
• Experience with surveys, dashboards, reporting, workflows, and data management preferred
