- Analyze and manage departmental budgets and strategic plans
- Prepare annual budgets, staffing projections, and cost forecasts
- Monitor budget expenditures and performance
- Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and forecasting
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional finance or accounting experience
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills
