Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A Full Renovation – Project Services is seeking a Financial Analyst to support finance planning activities. The role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting support, variance analysis, and forecast updates in a remote team.
Responsibilities
- Check financial schedules for completeness and arithmetic accuracy
- Present analysis findings in plain language to other team members
- Compare actual results with budgets and prior-period figures
- Support regular budgeting and forecast updates using supplied assumptions
- Help prepare monthly reports with clearly labeled tables and charts
- Maintain working files and document sources for calculations
- Assist with preparation of forecast scenarios under team guidance
Skills
- Comfort using Excel formulas, charts, and basic spreadsheet analysis
- Willingness to learn budgeting and reporting systems
- Ability to explain simple financial findings clearly
- Strong judgment when handling confidential financial information
- Experience with reconciliations or financial reports is helpful
- Experience from related roles, internships, or individual projects can be useful preparation
