The role creates and amplifies personality-led content across video, social, written, and audio formats, while collaborating with editors and fellow creators to grow audience communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver original, personality-led content (video, social, written or audio) that resonates with passionate audiences and sparks conversation
• Use your expertise and authentic voice to build trust, foster engagement and help us grow brand communities across platforms
• Collaborate with brand editors and fellow creators in McClatchy

Skills

• An experienced creator, influencer or on-camera personality with a strong social following and a track record of building and engaging digital audiences
• Deeply knowledgeable and passionate about one of our brand focus areas
• Skilled at producing high-quality, platform-native content for social, video or emerging channels
