[Remote] Fully Remote Benefits Account Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. American Income Life / Globe Life seeks a Benefits Account Consultant to serve veterans and their families by helping them navigate life insurance and accidental benefit options. The role focuses on sales, customer service, application support, policy servicing, and compliance with insurance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
• Maintain ongoing communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing any concerns or questions, and offering support as needed
• Provide ongoing support after their policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies

Skills

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
• Have computer experience, organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Possess a competitive sales drive
• Excellent problem-solving & critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Ability to be coachable & implement constructive criticism
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• No prior insurance experience is required
• Sales experience is highly preferred
