[Remote] Growth Consultant (Meta Ads)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Compound Group is hiring a Growth Consultant to close inbound leads for its Facebook advertising agency. The role involves advising leads on paid social strategy, managing follow-ups, and converting qualified prospects into clients.

Responsibilities

• Run first calls with inbound leads
• Run follow-up calls with qualified leads
• Advise leads on their paid social strategy
• Close deals and turn qualified leads into clients
• Follow up with qualified leads until they make a decision
• Take part in roleplays and call reviews
• Review your own calls and pick one thing to do better on the next one

Skills

• At least 2 years selling paid social ad services (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat or similar) and closing your own deals
• We accept 2 years running your own paid social agency instead
• Fluent English
• You live in the US
• You've run paid social campaigns yourself
• You've sold to e-commerce brands or lead-gen businesses
• You've worked in a sales team with a set process
