[Remote] Human Resources (HR) Generalist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Robert Half is partnering with an unnamed growing company in the Deerfield area to hire an HR Generalist. The role supports employees and managers across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, leave coordination, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
• Support employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding
• Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records, administration, and reporting
• Coordinate leave administration and training programs
• Support workplace safety and workers’ compensation efforts
• Serve as backup for benefits administration
• Help ensure HR compliance and consistent practices across locations

Skills

• Progressive Human Resources experience
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work effectively with management and employees at all levels
• Strong background in HR administration and prior experience in a HR Generalist role, including recordkeeping, reporting, and process coordination
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
