[Remote] In-House Marketing & Advertising Attorney (Remote Contract Engagement)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Latitude is seeking an experienced attorney for a long-term contract engagement supporting the in-house legal team of an unnamed major publicly traded company. The role supports marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and social media initiatives through commercial agreement work.

Responsibilities

• Structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of commercial agreements in support of marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and social media initiatives, including advertising agency, media commitments, public relations, brand partnerships, digital marketing, data analytics, talent appearance and performances, sales, production, music licenses, entertainment, promotional messages, contests and sweepstakes, TV and radio commercials, and general commercial agreements

Skills

• 5+ years of experience structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of commercial agreements in support of marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and social media initiatives, including advertising agency, media commitments, public relations, brand partnerships, digital marketing, data analytics, talent appearance and performances, sales, production, music licenses, entertainment, promotional messages, contests and sweepstakes, TV and radio commercials, and general commercial agreements
• 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of marketing, advertising, and e-commerce agreements
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
• Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
• Prior experience working in the in-house legal department of a major corporation
