[Remote] Inside Sales Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gallagher is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to sell insurance products and services to prospects and current customers through inside sales. The role involves identifying customer needs, closing sales, cross-selling products, and referring prospects to other business lines.

Responsibilities

• Sells insurance products and services to walk-in, call-in and referred prospects and/or current customers on an inside sales basis
• Collects prospect information, researches any questions and issues with other department personnel, determines appropriate products and services to offer and closes sales
• Cross sells other Company products and services and refers prospects to appropriate business lines
• Develops knowledge of insurance products and services

Skills

• High school diploma
• 1 year experience
• Good verbal communication skills
