Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Planet Pharma is seeking an IT/AI Contracts Consultant to negotiate fee-for-service IT contracts. The role manages complex contract negotiations, translates technical requirements into contractual terms, and oversees vendor relationships, risk, performance, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate complex contracts including IT professional services, software license, software development, service level, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, and AI/ML agreements as well as associated change orders
- Serve as the primary interface between Business Operations stakeholders, translating technical requirements into contractual terms and managing vendor relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate cross functionally
- Identify and mitigate business risks
- Manage multiple concurrent IT contract negotiations while monitoring performance and vendor compliance
Skills
- BA/BS degree
- 8+ years experiencewith IT contract negotiations including IT professional services, software license, software development, service level, and SaaS agreements
