The Life You Love Global Solutions seeks a Leadership & Personal Growth Coach to support clients in developing as leaders and individuals. The role focuses on building client relationships, maintaining communication through CRM systems, participating in ongoing development, and contributing to initiatives that align personal values with leadership.

• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with clients—meeting them where they are and walking with them toward who they are becoming, both as leaders and as individuals
• Uphold structured, professional client communication through CRM management and intentional follow-up systems
• Take full advantage of company-led development programs and independent learning opportunities that strengthen your coaching philosophy, deepen your leadership knowledge, and expand your overall capacity
• Continuously integrate personal growth practices into your own life so that everything you teach is something you authentically embody and live
• Play a meaningful role in initiatives designed to help individuals align their inner values with their outer leadership—creating coherence, confidence, and clarity that endures
