[Remote] Legal Intake Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Thompson Law is hiring a Legal Intake Specialist to support its personal injury law practice. The role handles incoming calls and interactions with potential clients, addresses concerns, coordinates with paralegals and investigators, and performs administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. This involves responding to calls efficiently and accurately, addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performing other administrative duties

Skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1-3+ years working in a Law firm
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
• Proficient in computer and administrative skills
• Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary
• 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal
• Personal Injury Law highly preferred
