The Luxury Membership Sales role sells memberships over the phone using a consultative approach, learns about prospective clients’ needs, explains membership benefits, and selects potential matches based on client interviews.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to sell It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles over the phone. Using a consultative sales approach you will build rapport and discuss the potential client’s needs, then explain how our dating membership will benefit them. You will speak to clients about potential matches and select matches for your new client based on your interview

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in consultative sales
• Previous experience with high volume outbound calls
• Minimum of two years working in a remote role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• The ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
• A passion for relationship-building
