The role focuses on implementing reproducible workflows, solving complex engineering tasks, and improving model correctness and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate machine-learning models and training pipelines
• Implement model components, data pipelines, and numerical methods
• Build reproducible programmatic workflows using Python and command-line tools
• Solve and review complex machine-learning engineering tasks
• Optimize memory usage and throughput in implementations
• Debug numerical or system-level failures in models
• Verify implementations meet correctness and performance requirements

Skills

• A master s degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline
• Strong professional or research experience in machine learning
• Practical proficiency with Python and coding agents
• Experience in a technology company, AI lab, or research organization
• Familiarity with numerical computing and performance optimization
• Ability to create reproducible training or inference workflows
• Open-source or academic experience may qualify
