[Remote] Media & Broadcast Ad Sales Representative (Ohio)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Half Dozn Productions LLC is hiring an Ad Sales Representative for its Tween-Sports brand. The role drives revenue by selling advertising and sponsorship packages to Ohio businesses, managing client relationships, and coordinating campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Prospect, cold call, and pitch local and regional businesses throughout Ohio on Tween-Sports advertising & sponsorship packages
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, marketing directors, and community leaders
• Custom Pitch Creation: Work closely with HDP leadership to present tailored commercial, digital banner, and show-sponsorship proposals
• Closing & Contracting: Onboard sponsors using structured ad rate cards, digital contracts, and invoicing systems
• Campaign Delivery: Serve as the main point of contact for advertising clients, gathering asset logos/footage for commercial production and ensuring client satisfaction

Skills

• Strong understanding of Ohio business networks and regional markets
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage pipeline, outreach, and follow-ups independently
• Enthusiasm for youth athletics, community engagement, and independent television/digital production
• 1–3+ years of experience in media sales, broadcast/TV advertising, local sports sponsorships, or digital ad inventory
