Responsibilities
- Connect with members and prospective clients through warm leads
- Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
- Identify client needs through customer-focused conversations
- Present life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
- Help clients understand available benefits and coverage choices
- Provide responsive follow-up and client support
- Maintain organized records and professional documentation
- Attend training, coaching, and team development meetings
Skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable with computer systems and virtual meetings
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
