[Remote] Regional Vice President of Operations

Rusagro-Prim is hiring a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee operational performance across multiple locations in an assigned region. The role manages day-to-day operations, guides regional leaders, monitors financial and operational performance, leads regional projects and change management, and reports recommendations to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• The Regional Vice President of Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing operational performance across multiple locations within an assigned region
• This role manages day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, process improvement, and adherence to organizational standards and policies
• The Regional Vice President of Operations collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, ensure high-quality customer service, and support strategic initiatives
• Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, guiding regional leaders, reviewing key performance indicators, and implementing corrective actions where needed
• This role also leads regional projects, supports change management efforts, and provides regular reporting and recommendations to executive leadership
