Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hiresquad Resources is recruiting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Benefits Functional Consultants for a long-term K-12 project. The openings cover Benefits implementation and application support, working with client teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners to deliver and support Benefits solutions.
Responsibilities
- Experience with Benefits configuration, requirements gathering, solution design, testing & deployment
- Strong experience preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for integrations and reports
- Experience working with technical teams and third-party integration vendors
- Hands-on experience with incident resolution, enhancements, troubleshooting, and functional analysis
- Experience with Benefits business processes, configurations, testing, and user support
- Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and vendors
- The consultant will work closely with client teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners to support and deliver Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits solutions
Skills
- 10+ years of overall Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Benefits implementations
- Mandatory K-12 project experience
- Experience with Benefits configuration, requirements gathering, solution design, testing & deployment
- Strong experience preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for integrations and reports
- Experience working with technical teams and third-party integration vendors
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- 8+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Benefits module
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud Benefits applications in production environments
- Hands-on experience with incident resolution, enhancements, troubleshooting, and functional analysis
- Experience with Benefits business processes, configurations, testing, and user support
- Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and vendors
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- US Citizens / Green Card Holders
- K-12 / Public Sector experience preferred
