Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. She Reigns Creative is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative to manage cold calling, outbound outreach, and pipeline follow-up. The role qualifies prospects, books consultations, supports closing new clients, and maintains sales activity in GoHighLevel.
Responsibilities
- Hit daily outbound activity targets across cold calls, SMS, social DMs, and email follow-ups using our pre-built daily lead lists
- Follow up immediately with warm inbound leads and replies from our marketing campaigns to get them booked onto a strategy call
- Find the right owner or decision-maker when a listing only has a front-desk number, and supplement your pipeline with your own prospecting when needed
- Qualify prospects, run discovery calls (or book them with our Senior Strategist), and follow up on open proposals until they close
- Keep every call outcome, note, and follow-up task updated inside GoHighLevel CRM
- Join weekly sales check-ins to refine scripts, hooks, and objection handling
Skills
- US-based
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
- A warm, confident, consultative phone presence
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or agency/SaaS sales targeting small-to-medium business owners
- Comfortable picking up the phone for 60–100+ dials a day, navigating gatekeepers, and turning a 30-second cold opener into a real conversation
- Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals (Facebook/Instagram ads, Google search ads, websites, and CRM follow-up)
- Or a similar sales CRM
- Experience using GoHighLevel (preferred)
