Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Preventia Security provides security, life safety, and automation solutions for residential and light commercial clients. The Outside Sales Representative / Account Executive drives new business across a territory through prospecting and networking, consultatively designs solutions, and manages leads, pipeline forecasts, and contracts.
Responsibilities
- Own Your Territory: Drive new business in and around Albany through dedicated B2B local prospecting, networking, and cold outreach
- Consultative Selling: Design tailored intrusion, video surveillance, and automation solutions for residential and commercial spaces
- Leverage Inbound Assets: Maximize value from company-provided leads while aggressively building your own pipeline via local business networks (BNI, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
- Manage the Pipeline: Utilize our CRM tools to track prospects, provide accurate monthly recurring revenue (RMR) forecasts, and execute seamless contract agreements
Skills
- 1–3+ years of successful outside sales experience
- Active networks or deep familiarity with the Albany/South Georgia regional market
- A self-starter who treats their territory like their own business and is driven by hitting metrics
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required)
- Security, telecom, SaaS, uniform sales, or industrial equipment sales are highly preferred
