[Remote] Outside Sales Representative- Las Vegas and Arizona (Must Reside in Territory)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wausau Tile is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow its Las Vegas and Arizona territory. The role represents the company’s product divisions to design and construction professionals, develops customer relationships and sales, and manages opportunities from lead generation through post-sale support.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships
• Represent Wausau Tile’s full product portfolio to architects, landscape architects, general contractors, installers, and subcontractors
• Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline
• Understand client needs and present tailored product solutions
• Manage proposals, negotiations, and order logistics from start to finish
• Provide excellent post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Use Salesforce to track opportunities, manage the sales funnel, and report activity
• Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and new product opportunities
• Educate clients on product updates and technical specs
• Assist in payment collection if needed

Skills

• 10+ years of outside sales experience
• 5+ years of experience in construction-related products or services
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM software
• Valid driver's license
• Preferably in the building or construction materials industry
• Salesforce preferred
