[Remote] Part-Time, Temporary, SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant -20 hours a week - REMOTE

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GP Strategies Government Solutions is hiring a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant to support client implementations from requirements gathering through go-live. The role handles system configuration, testing, deployment, and end-to-end project workstream delivery, including documentation, reporting, approvals, risk communication, and on-time, on-budget deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Capable of wearing multiple hats simultaneously (i.e., strategic, and operational)
• Gather business requirements, create/maintain requirements workbooks (and related documents), working with GP Gov and client teams from concept to go-live
• Ability to identify and deploy processes, systems, execution, documentation, and other improvements
• Ability to collaborate with and solicit (open to) input from senior leadership, peers, directs, external partners, and customers
• Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of their assigned project(s) workstream(s)
• Direct and control all activities to align with and meet client expectations within your assigned workstream
• Obtain required approvals (e.g. requirements, workbooks, testing results, etc.)
• Maintain project documentation and prepare/deliver project progress reports
• Conduct internal project review meetings and act as a project information source
• Perform final review of deliverables
• Deliver quality solutions
• Ensure their deliverables are on time and on/under budget
• Identify and communicate project risks
• Deliver to project scope and communicate change activities

Skills

• Candidates must be U.S. based and U.S. Citizens
• Minimum of 4+ years SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS) with experience with one or more additional modules, such as: Employee Central, EC Data Migration, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation, etc., experience
• At least 2-full-life cycles SuccessFactors LMS plus data migrations
• At least 2-full-life cycles SuccessFactors Onboarding
• SAP SuccessFactors LMS and additional Certifications
• Willing to become certified in additional modules
• Willing to remain current with SAP/SuccessFactors HCM technologies
• Knowledgeable with HR policies and practices, and ability to anticipate future trends
• Ability to elicit and document business requirements
• Detailed and results-oriented individuals take the initiative to solve problems
• Ability to communicate with team members and customers concisely and confidently, both verbal and written
• Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and mentor the project team
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work closely with multiple internal and external organizations
• US Citizen
• Experience configuring, implementing, or supporting additional SuccessFactors modules
• Familiarity with metadata and compliance requirements
• Experience working in HR and consulting with SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Knowledge of technical data processing procedures, integrations, etc
• SAP HCM On-Premises or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience
