[Remote] Pediatric Sales Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Syneos Health is hiring a Pediatric Sales Representative to develop and manage an assigned territory and implement clients’ marketing plans. The role focuses on engaging healthcare providers, supporting clinical decisions, and providing educational and scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience
• Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory depending on each client’s needs
• Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
• Provide educational and scientific support for decisions to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff

Skills

• You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years' business to business (B2B) or 1-2 years' pharmaceutical sales experience
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
• Track record of success with outside sales experience
