[Remote] Pricing Delivery Analyst, Personal Insurance

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Hartford is hiring a Pricing Delivery Analyst to support profitable growth for its Personal Lines Auto and Home products. The role delivers product changes by updating rate and rule manuals, preparing regulatory filing materials, coordinating deployments with IT, and collaborating with product, technology, and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Update rate and rule manuals with proposed changes, compile and submit filing exhibits for state regulators, and partner with IT to deploy product changes into market
• Participate in countrywide projects, class plan enhancements or maintenance of complex product features
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with pricing analytics, countrywide and state product management, technology, operations, data science, compliance and legal organizations
• Work as a team to continuously challenge and improve the capabilities of the organization, including process improvements, documentation and quality measures

• Four-year degree
• 3+ years of experience in insurance/financial service sector
• Familiarity with Personal Insurance products
