Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Parée is hiring a Senior Product Designer for its menopause care brand. The role owns the patient experience across digital touchpoints, improving trust and conversion while maintaining the design system and taking work through to production.
Responsibilities
- Design everything a patient sees: landing pages, intake, checkout, account, emails
- Make a sensitive medical journey feel calm, clear and premium for women 45+
- Improve trust and conversion, measured with analytics, A/B tests and patient interviews
- Own the design system and take work through to production
- Work directly with the founder
Skills
- 5+ years in product design, with shipped work for a US consumer health or telehealth brand
- Exceptional craft in typography, layout and restraint
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, FTC health claims and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, and how they shape design
- Sharp UX writing
- Comfort building or reviewing front-end code
