[Remote] Production Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TravPRO Mobile is seeking a Production Manager to lead US production and coordinate between development, production, and client services teams. The role manages client program launches, content and project timelines, post-launch updates, and quality assurance for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute production activities leading to successful launch of client programs
• Maintain schedule of determined project timelines with clients by tracking production schedule and content deliverables
• Gather and preflight creative assets (logos, images, videos) to ensure they meet specifications
• Build client programs in our proprietary content management system (CMS) by uploading editorial content, images, videos, maps, PDFs, etc
• Provide production support post-launch as related to further development, updates, revisions, and additional modifications to platforms
• Lead testing and quality assurance of UX of web and mobile applications on various devices
• Maintain clear communication with and lead liaison between the development team, client services & production teams

Skills

• 3+ years of similar experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy across all levels of the production process
• High regard for quality assurance and attention to detail
• Accountability and dependability across all areas of production process
• Self-starter with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Microsoft Office experience required
• The ability to maintain EST hours
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a bonus
