[Remote] Regional Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ethos is an insurance claims investigation and medical management company. The Regional Account Manager acquires new clients and grows existing partnerships across the Mountain territory, selling medical management solutions and supporting clients through the sales process and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2-3 client meetings per week (50% virtual, 50% in-person), including up to 25% local travel and occasional overnight travel (2-3 trips per quarter)
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business in assigned territory
• Make daily outreach contacts via phone, email, or other communication channels to drive engagement
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
• Prepare impactful proposals tailored to medical management clients, highlighting Ethos' value proposition
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activities in Salesforce CRM
• Represent Ethos at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate client onboarding, ensure seamless handoffs, and drive satisfaction

Skills

• Required: 3+ years of experience in the claims industry such as worker's compensation and/or liability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients
• Detail-oriented with outstanding problem-solving capabilities
• Self-motivated and capable of managing the sales process autonomously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Preferred: Experience in B2B sales within nurse case management, IME, utilization review, and medical bill review
• Familiarity with investigative services is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
