Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Massman Automation, part of Massman Companies, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for its Northeast territory Case Packing and Palletizing Sales Team. The role develops sales plans, pursues and supports customer accounts, provides technical expertise on case packing and palletizing systems, and monitors sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Actively seek out and develop new accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers: on Case Packing and Palletizing systems
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and network
Skills
- Applicants must reside within the Northeastern region of the United States to be considered for this remote RSM position
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales
- Strong understanding of case packing machines and robotic palletizing systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop new business and close sales
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
