[Remote] Remote Sales Representative (Training & Mentorship Provided)

Delaney Agency is a life insurance and financial services agency serving families across the U.S. The entry-level sales role helps families who have requested coverage find options that fit their budgets, with training and coaching provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with people who requested coverage
• Connect with clients by phone or Zoom and help them get coverage in a budget that makes sense
• Grow by engaging in weekly training and coaching sessions

Skills

• Strong communicators who are comfortable on the phone and on video
• Self-motivated people who want their income tied to their effort
• Anyone motivated to grow and follow our proven system
• Willing to get a state life insurance license (we guide you through it)
• Authorized to work in the U.S
• Able to work independently
• A reliable phone, computer and internet connection
• People moving on from contract & entrepreneurial, customer service, education, healthcare, retail, hospitality or admin roles
