[Remote] Sales Agent

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Embrace Pet Insurance provides pet health insurance and related services in the United States. The company is seeking a Licensed Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound sales calls, follow up with prospective pet parents, manage new business opportunities, and meet company performance targets in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently capture customer information in our CRM system
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Responsible for hitting KPIs set by the company
• Able to effectively and professionally communicate over the phone and email
• Other job duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 2 + years of sales experience
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain during training
• Be competitive by nature and take an active interest in keeping abreast of competitors
• Be an excellent listener and have a strong ethos of following up on all requests
• Able to communicate professionally both verbal and written
• Has the ability to view problems, opportunities, ideas etc. from various vantage points
