Agents conduct consultations, explain options, assist with applications and underwriting, and follow a structured sales process with training and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients who have already requested information about coverage (no cold calling)
- Conduct consultations by phone or video to understand each client's situation
- Explain life insurance options in clear, plain terms
- Help clients complete applications and move through underwriting
- Follow a structured, proven sales process provided in training
- Attend regular coaching and team training sessions
Skills
- Must be located in the United States
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable following a structured process
- No degree requirement and no prior experience necessary
