[Remote] Salesforce Administrator - US

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Certinia is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to support its internal Salesforce organization for go-to-market teams. The role administers and configures Salesforce, supports quote-to-order processes and integrations, and delivers operational improvements, user training, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the internal Certinia Salesforce.com (SFDC) Org
• Design, configure and administer SFDC including, but not limited to Custom Objects, Flow, Custom Fields, Validation Rules and Lightning Pages
• Support the Quote to Order process through the creation of new SKU’s, resolving quote issues in the CPQ solution and monitoring the contracting process to ensure data integrity
• Install and configure Salesforce packages
• Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting
• Assist with the internal implementation of Certinia applications
• Support the integration of third-party applications with the internal Org
• Work with Salesforce.com to understand their platform roadmap and how to apply enhancements to internal business challenges
• Contribute knowledge and expertise around security models and org governance
• Execute projects to deliver operational improvements to the GTM organization
• Execute other assigned tasks as delegated
• Provide general user training on using Salesforce
• Maintain excellent communication with all end users
• Promote service excellence

Skills

• 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator including technical implementation, day-to-day operation, long-term projects and org maintenance
• Minimum 1 years experience with Salesforce CPQ or RCA
• Salesforce.com Basic Admin Certification
• Flow writing / editing / testing
• Experience with unit testing, deploying change sets from Salesforce sandbox environments, and familiar with common software development practices and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Ability to recognize, analyze and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine enthusiasm for exploring how AI can improve the way we build, test, and support Salesforce solutions - someone who experiments, shares learnings, and helps Certinia work smarter
• APEX Class writing / editing / testing
• Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Admin Certification
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Experience with Agentforce
• Experience with Data Cloud
• Experience configuring and maintaining a proper security model (permissions, sharing)
