Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to design and implement e-invoicing solutions for France and Spain. The role includes coordinating solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and integration with external e-invoicing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and document end-to-end SAP e-invoicing solution designs for France and Spain
- Lead implementation activities through build, testing, deployment, and production rollout
- Coordinate with global and local IT, Finance, Tax, and SAP support teams
- Translate regulatory and tax requirements into SAP functional, data, and integration specifications
- Define source-data mappings, business rules, interfaces, exception handling, and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement and validate integrations with external e-invoicing platforms
- Lead and support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and end-to-end testing
- Identify and resolve solution, data, and process gaps
Skills
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on a W-2 basis without requiring current or future visa sponsorship
- Hands-on SAP eDocument implementation experience
- Strong SAP FI/AR functional and technical knowledge
- End-to-end e-invoicing implementation experience, from solution design through production deployment
- Experience with country-specific e-invoicing and e-reporting regulations for France and Spain
- Experience translating tax and regulatory requirements into SAP functional, data, and integration designs
- Experience integrating SAP with external e-invoicing platforms, government portals, or accredited service providers is preferred
- Direct SAP e-invoicing implementation experience for France is a strong advantage
