[Remote] SAP IS-U FICA Analyst( W2 only)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Innovatech Staffing is recruiting an SAP IS-U FICA Analyst for a utilities client. The role provides analysis and recommendations on customer service processes, supports regulatory and operational compliance, serves as an SAP FICA and collections subject matter expert, and translates business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Document business requirements and support compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP FICA and collections processes, including customer account activities, payments, receivables, dunning, exception handling, and supporting operational reporting
• Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements

Skills

• Any valid US work authorization
• 7+ years of SAP experience and must have IS-U experience
