Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Workforce Analytics for an unnamed healthcare organization. The role owns workforce analytics and HCM reporting solutions, partnering with business leaders to analyze workforce data and deliver insights that inform decisions.
Responsibilities
- Partner With HR, Finance, Technology, And Business Leaders To Understand Workforce Challenges And Identify Analytical Solutions
- Lead Complex Workforce Analyses Using Statistical Models, Forecasting Techniques, And Advanced Analytics
- Analyze Key Workforce Metrics, Identify Trends, And Support Strategic Workforce Planning And Decision-Making
- Own Workforce Reporting And Analytics Solutions From Consultation And Requirements Gathering Through Development, Validation, And Delivery
- Develop And Maintain HCM Reports, Dashboards, And Data Visualizations
- Translate Complex Data Into Clear, Compelling Stories And Actionable Recommendations For Business Leaders
- Identify Root Causes Behind Workforce Trends And Business Challenges
- Ensure Data Integrity Through Quality Reviews, Validation, And Accurate Reporting
- Identify Opportunities To Improve Reporting Processes, Data Systems, And Analytics Capabilities
- Collaborate With Technology Teams And Other Stakeholders On Data And Reporting Enhancements
- Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Other Analysts
- Stay Current On Workforce Analytics, Data Science, And Reporting Best Practices
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree In Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or A Related Technical, Quantitative, Or Business-Focused Field
- 5+ Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Or A Related Role
- 2+ Years Of Hands-On HCM Report And Dashboard Design And Development Experience
- Familiarity With HR/HCM Data Structures
- Advanced Proficiency In Excel And SQL
- Advanced Proficiency With Data Visualization Tools Such As Power BI Or Tableau
- Ability To Apply Statistical Models, Forecasting Techniques, And Workforce Analytics Methodologies
- Strong Analytical Thinking, Critical Thinking, And Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Translate Findings Into Meaningful Business Insights
- Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability To Present Data Findings And Recommendations To Senior And Executive-Level Leaders
