Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bohemian HR Limited is seeking an Associate Senior Consultant to support clients through transformation initiatives at the intersection of people, strategy, technology, and business performance. The role leads change workstreams, develops adoption strategies, builds client capability, and contributes to business development and consulting innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead business change and transformation workstreams from discovery through implementation and adoption
- Partner with clients to align people, processes, technology, and business objectives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder conversations to identify opportunities and drive action
- Develop change, communication, engagement, and adoption strategies
- Use data, insights, and AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making and delivery outcomes
- Build client capability and support sustainable change
- Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and business development activities
- Collaborate with project teams to evolve consulting approaches and innovation initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong proven experience in consulting, transformation, organisational change, or a related field
- Proven ability to deliver complex change initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how change delivers business value
- Experience working across the change lifecycle, from strategy through implementation
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within project teams
- Authorisation to work in the United States
- Experience leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools is highly desirable
