[Remote] Senior Contract Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. FIFTEEN WEST is recruiting for a role developing client relationships, delivering specialist searches, and growing a recruitment desk across the US renewable energy market. The position manages the recruitment process and builds relationships with energy-sector clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• The Recruitment Consultant will develop client relationships, deliver specialist searches and grow a high-value recruitment desk across the US renewable energy market
• Take ownership of live vacancies and established client relationships from an early stage
• Build a specialist market across renewable energy, infrastructure or an adjacent technical sector
• Manage the full recruitment process, from business development and qualification through to placement
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across New York, Austin and Houston on shared clients and opportunities
• Develop relationships with developers, investors, utilities and growing energy businesses across the US

Skills

• At least six months of recruitment experience within a 360 or 270 environment
• Experience in renewable energy, energy, oil and gas, aerospace, engineering or another relevant technical market
• Confidence speaking with candidates and clients and developing long-term commercial relationships
• A proactive approach to developing accounts and identifying new opportunities
• The ambition to grow your billings within a high-performing but supportive recruitment environment
