Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scott Humphrey is recruiting for a leading general contractor to hire a Senior Project Manager. The role leads ground-up and renovation construction projects across warehouse, cold storage, and manufacturing facilities nationwide, from pre-construction through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Own project scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships from pre-construction through closeout
- Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, and performance
- Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner/architect coordination
- Drive cost control, risk management, and schedule recovery on complex, fast-track projects
- Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs
Skills
- 8+ years of general contracting project management experience
- Hands-on experience delivering warehouse, cold storage, or manufacturing projects
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
- (refrigeration, food-grade, or process-heavy builds a plus)
- Proven track record managing projects in the $50M–$500M range
- Procore preferred
