[Remote] Senior Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sodexo is hiring a Senior Recruiter to support its Data Center Solutions business. The role drives talent sourcing, recruitment, and staffing strategies, manages full-cycle hiring, and partners with teams and leaders to improve hiring outcomes and the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will help shape the future of Sodexo’s workforce by driving innovative talent sourcing, recruitment, and staffing strategies that connect the right people to the right opportunities
• You’ll play a vital part in elevating the candidate and employee experience, partnering across teams to deliver seamless hiring processes and meaningful career journeys
• Bring Sodexo’s brand to life through creative campaigns that attract diverse and top- tier talent
• Lead fast-paced, full-cycle recruitment efforts that make a real impact on business success
• Oversee staffing operations with precision, ensuring smooth scheduling, compliance, and employee support
• Leverage cutting-edge technology and data insights to enhance hiring performance and outcomes
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to align hiring strategies with company goals
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by keeping communication clear, timely, and supportive

• Education Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Related Experience: 2 years
