[Remote] Senior Vice President of Finance

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Forma'Zen is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead its financial strategy, planning, and operations. The role oversees financial planning and reporting, leads finance teams, and partners with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, capital allocation, risk management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Vice President of Finance at Forma'Zen is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and operations
• This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• The SVP of Finance will manage the preparation, review, and optimization of financial statements and reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls
• Day-to-day responsibilities include directing finance teams, monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing financial data to support decision-making, and partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and risk management
• The role also involves improving financial processes and systems, supporting investor and stakeholder communications, and contributing to corporate governance and board reporting

Skills

• Strong expertise in Finance, including leadership of corporate finance functions and strategic financial management
• Proficiency in Financial Planning and forecasting, including budgeting, scenario modeling, and long-range planning
• Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including GAAP/IFRS familiarity and compliance oversight
• Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, develop insights, and present clear recommendations
• Proven experience in senior-level finance roles (e.g., VP, SVP, CFO) within growth-oriented or complex organizations
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop distributed teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
• Solid understanding of internal controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry
• Comfort with modern financial systems, ERP tools, and data visualization or BI platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Ability to work across functions with product, operations, and executive leadership to align financial strategy with business goals
• An advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is highly beneficial
